5. WhatsApp Business API

By using Watsify, you acknowledge that:

• Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) may enforce additional restrictions

6. Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar:

• You grant Watsify permission to create and manage calendar events
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings
• We will only access calendar data necessary for appointment booking

7. Subscription and Payments

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Watsify are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (products, images, descriptions). By using Watsify, you grant us a license to:

• Process and transmit your content as necessary for Service operation
• Back up your content for disaster recovery

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

11. Termination
